Responsibilities
• End-to-end handling and monitoring of national and international freight forwarding, transport and logistics orders
• Daily communication with national and international customers and partners
• Preparation of import and export documentation
• General administrative duties
Requirements
Professional experience in freight forwarding and in-depth expertise in air and/or sea freight
• Knowledge of other modes of transport is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English- any additional language is an advantage.
• UK citizenship or a valid UK residence/work permit, or Swiss/EU citizenship with eligibility for temporary assignments in the UK
• Strong passion for freight forwarding and logistics
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a young and growing company
• Interest in further professional development within freight forwarding
• Impeccable personal record is mandatory (criminal record check, driving record check, and debt and insolvency check)
• Open, customer-oriented and resilient personality with a strong team spirit
• MS Office skills are an advantage
