Responsibilities
• National and international transport planning and dispatch
• Processing and managing notifications using our control centre software
• Dispatching intervention and response personnel in accordance with instructions
• Processing incoming warning and alarm signals
• Responsibility for the call centre
• Issuing badges and keys
• Resource planning for security personnel
• Various administrative tasks
Requirements
• Completed vocational training; industry experience is an advantage
• Impeccable personal record is mandatory (criminal record check, driving record check, and debt and insolvency check)
• Very good written and spoken English- any additional language is an advantage.
• UK citizenship or a valid UK residence/work permit, or Swiss/EU citizenship with eligibility for temporary assignments in the UK
• High resilience and ability to perform effectively in stressful situations
• Professional experience as a dispatcher is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Friday, including Saturdays as required (shift operation)
• Reliable, discreet and team-oriented personality
• Very good MS Office skills and strong IT affinity
• Category C driving licence is an advantage
